Typical All Grain Brew Day
This is a typical all-grain brew day for me.
0800 - Start - heat strike water, mill grains
0830 - Mash begins
0930 - Mash ends, begin sparge
1000 - Boil begins
1100 - Boil ends, cooling begins
1140 - Cooled to 80 degrees, add yeast
1205 - Finished with all cleanup and stored all equipment
