- 0800 - Start - heat strike water, mill grains
- 0830 - Mash begins
- 0930 - Mash ends, begin sparge
- 1000 - Boil begins
- 1100 - Boil ends, cooling begins
- 1140 - Cooled to 80 degrees, add yeast
- 1205 - Finished with all cleanup and stored all equipment
